Scope of Technical Work:
- Remote Services: We provide remote assistance across India exclusively for Microsoft Office setup, application licensing, developer environments, and software troubleshooting. Remote sessions are hosted via secure screen-sharing tools (AnyDesk / TeamViewer).
- Operating System (Windows) Setup: Windows 10/11 operating system installations require clean disk wiping and physical boot device handling, and are performed strictly in-person at our physical branch counter in Budhi, Balaghat.
- Physical components including Motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, SMPS, Hard Drives / NVMe SSDs, display panels, and battery condition remain entirely under the ownership and physical risk of the customer.
- Prior wear-and-tear, thermal degradation, manufacturing defects, bad sectors, or power surges occurring during or after service remain the customer's sole responsibility.
