1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by M/s NTechBay (“NTechBay”, “we”, “our”) or our citizen branch “NP ONLINE” in Balaghat, MP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
We provide custom software and web application development, IT consulting, software installations, student internship training programs, and citizen kiosk e-governance services.
3. Software Installation & Hardware Responsibility
As prominently stated across our platforms: Software and OS installations have no direct impact on hardware integrity. Any existing or subsequent hardware issues/faults remain solely the customer's responsibility.
4. Certification Authenticity
Internship and training certificates issued with unique identifiers (NTB-YYYY-XXXX) are digitally validated against our central registry. Misuse or tampering is punishable under relevant provisions of the IT Act, 2000.
